We are a week away.
Stressful. Ill be honest, this is really a lot of work. I can't honestly say that I have ever worked so hard, or dedicated SO MUCH TIME to anything else!
Today is Wednesday, and we have about 5 days until the wedding. The 'breakdown' or 'run sheet' for the day is about 90% done... and its just loose ends to do now. In the last week or so I have been working on contracts for our sponsors and gathering all the sponsorship cards, leaflet and posters to have at the wedding.
We did say that we would do that, so we are. There will be a sponsor table at our reception that will host each sponsors information, and any posters that they have...
Thing is... we have a surprise for our sponsors... This week we found out that we can have a vinyl sign made, at a reasonable price... and it will be posted on the side of HWY 311, in Manitoba, for ONE FULL YEAR! How awesome!
I will put up the contract, as a sample, for anyone who wants to use it. I think its important that you can see what it should be like. If you decide to do this type of wedding, its not the best contract to use as a template, but it will help if you have no idea where to start. It works for us :)

As agreed upon in the Sponsorship written or verbal agreement, White Light Entertainment, will provide the following as sponsorship to Kyle and Lynzie ::The Wedding:: with the agreement of no monetary exchange.
Provided by White Light Entertainment:
1. Music and Production services for Wedding ceremony
2. Music and Production services for Wedding cocktail hour
3. Music and Production services for Wedding Reception
4. Lighting and Production services for Wedding Ceremony and Reception
As agreed upon in the Sponsorship written or verbal agreement, Kyle and Lynzie ::The Wedding:: will provide the following, as publicity and advertisement in exchange for sponsored services listed above.

2. Wedding invitations will host a sheet containing sponsors contact information and aspect sponsored
3. The reception will host a ‘sponsors table’ which will be viewed by all guest attendees
4. Guests attending the wedding will also receive gift bags containing sponsor information and business cards/leaflets
5. (If desired and agreed upon at initial proposal for sponsorship) a one-two minute promotional video/commercial will be made for your company
6. Social Networking Realms
a. Facebook: Kyle and Lynzie’s Wedding
b. Twitter: KLsponsrdweddn
7. Media including the following, will be contacted in attempts to highlight the ‘outside the box’ thinking that a sponsored wedding requires. By highlighting the entire wedding, it allows for equal opportunity for each sponsor.

d. Magazines
8. Continued promotion in media(attempts) and social networking outlets will be continued for one year following the wedding (completion date July 12 2011), with individual gratitude given on the blog for each sponsor at different moments throughout that year. This will be minimal, as it will be post wedding.
